I'm not really sure what it is about this picture, but I just love it! I took this up at the lake this weekend. This was about the only time that it was dry enough to take my camera out of the bag. It just poured down rain all weekend. Ohhh noooo we couldn't have our camper up there so we were actually tent camping in this crap. There wasn't a dry spot on our bodies all weekend. It sucked, it truly truly did. I am really hoping that he doesn't come up with this lam idea ever again!!!! I want my camper!!!! Or I am just not going!! LOL OK now I sound like a cry baby. My next post will be of pictures of my camper...........just imagine it filled with my scrapping totes and drawers. LOL Yes I actually take my stuff up camping with us. You just never know when I will find the time to scrap.

For as long as I can remember I have always wanted a Mustang convertible. A couple of years ago I decided that for my 40th birthday I deserved my dream car. Well here is my baby!!! Isn't she pretty?? I just love everything about this car, especially that color of yellow. When we started looking for my car, DH kept showing me red and black ones. I'm sorry, I love those colors but everyone has red and black Mustangs. Just look around when you are driving down the street, they are everywhere. But, the yellow one is rarer. You see it more and more these days . Well that is my photo for the day. This should keep Jeanne happy for now, LOL!! I hope you all have a great Memorial weekend!!

This is Dworshak Reservoir, another place we go camping. We only camp here once a year but that is every year on Memorial Day. Nothing better than spending the day out in the boat. The guys in the back fishing and Lisa and I in the front drinking an ice cold beer, LOL! Yes and of course the kids, we make sure the husbands are watching them, LOL!!
Now, just to shock Jeanne again, I am going to do another double post tonight.
Jeanne you better go change your drawers, LMAO, you said you crapped your pants when you saw that I had 2 posts in one day!

Awwww the beauty of a sunset on the beach of Victoria, BC. Actually the beach is further behind me, I am on a walkway and this couple is on the levy. LOL I have no idea who the couple is in the picture. I was taking pictures trying to get the perfect sunset when they walked out there. As far as I am concerned there is no way to take a bad photograph in Victoria. You are surrounded by beauty!
Butchart Gardens
Here is yet another picture that I took in Victoria, BC at the Butchart gardens. This one I have won awards and ribbons for. I could sit in this park all day and snap pictures, never getting tired of the scenery.
Since today is a beautiful day and I spent all morning scrapping with a friend.....I am going to do a double post!

I just love this picture! I took this in Victoria, BC in 2003. Believe it or not there is a 3 inch pane of glass between me and the lizzard. For being a fairly inexpensive HP camera it took some of the best pictures. I had this one blown up and framed and gave it to my oldest son and his wife. They had an "Iguana Room" where they kept theirs and let it run loose. They eventually had to get rid of it, but he still loves this picture.

This picture was taken a couple of weeks ago on our way home from Montana. This was on the Lochsa River in Idaho. We pulled over and I climbed down on the rocks to capture a bunch of pictures of people in rafts, kayaks and tandem pontoons.
Hmmmmm maybe I should just keep making this my photography blog, lol!

Jeanne's Photo Challenge
Jeanne put forth a challenge to take a photo doing something that you don't normally do, so here is mine. I just angled the camera a little different than I normally have done. Nothing big, LOL! Not everyone knows this but photography is my true love. I would love nothing more than to take pictures all day long. OK Jeanne now you will be proud of me, lol, I figured this all out!!
This picture was taken up in the Clearwater National Forest in Idaho, very near where we camp. As time goes by and you see more of my photography, you will notice that this is one of my favorite places to photograph. Most likely because it is one of my most favorite places to be. Way up in the mountains away from everything and everyone. Ride the 4 wheelers all over and most days you won't ever come upon another person.
So peaceful and serene I just love it! My home away from home!
