Sorry I have been missing in action. I have actually been having trouble with Picasa, it hasn't been letting me load pictures for some reason. Even right now it's taking me forever to load these pictures.



This picture is actually going back a few years. I took this one just after I got my first digital camera in 2002. 

Look how blue that sky is!! We were up camping last weekend, and of course I was snapping pictures left and right. I was looking down from the road and I just happened to turn around and look up and this is what I saw. I think this is why a lot of people call Idaho heaven!! 

This was taken standing out in front of my house a week ago. I have to enjoy the view while I can, they are building a couple of houses over there and we have no idea how big they are going to be!

Friday afternoon we left town to head to Wallowa Lake, Oregon. We had just gotten off the other side of Rattlesnake grade when it started snowing. Come on folks, this is September for christ's sake!! LOL! Yes there was a freak snow storm that moved through the area. We woke up saturday morning to snow and a flat tire on the truck. So we headed into joseph to get the tire fixed and grab some breakfast. In the afternoon we took the tram up the mountain. Wallowa Lake is at 4,000 ft elevation, the tram takes you up to 8,900 ft elevation. Needless to say I had one hell of a time breathing up there with my asthma and to add to that, I have pneumonia, lol this was the last place my doctor would want to know where I was! But the reservations were made several months ago and it was nonrefundable, so we had to go.

We got to the top and it was cold (30 degrees), windy and foggy. This picture is one of the views from the front window in the truck.

Last night out over the lake. There wasn't much of asunset to get there so this was the best I could do. 

My husband, Cameron, up on top of the mountains. LOL Notice noby is safe when I have the camera and nobody sees pictures of me.......ahhhhhh i prefer it that way, LMAO! 

Most of the mountains were hidden in the fog, which sucked big time! Oh well that just means we have to go back again next year earlier in the summer! 

I took this when we were coming back down the mountain in the tram car! That's Wallowa Lake down below.

This old barn isn't too far from home, I made Cameron stop along side the road on the way home so I could take some pictures. 

Found this brick wall in Joseph Oregon and had to use it as the background for Kyle.
